A.2 Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Skymesh, Inc. through any of the following methods, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us:
Submitting your phone number on our website or online portal
Completing a paper or electronic service agreement that includes an SMS opt-in checkbox
Texting a designated keyword to our 10-digit long code (10DLC) number
Verbally consenting during a customer service interaction (recorded for compliance purposes)
SMS Opt-In Data Collection. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Skymesh, Inc., we collect your mobile phone number and record your consent for the sole purpose of sending the customer communications described in this section. SMS opt-in consent is collected and stored separately from other account data and is never used for any purpose other than delivering the messages described above.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
A.3 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Skymesh at any time by:
Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
Contacting us via email at [email protected] and requesting removal from SMS communications
Calling us at (937) 339-0389 and requesting opt-out from SMS notifications
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in. To re-subscribe, text START or contact our support team.
A.4 Help and Support for SMS

A.5 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data or consent, is shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for any purpose.
Specifically, Skymesh, Inc. will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purpose. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the message types described in Section A.1. This data may be shared only with our SMS technology service providers who act on our behalf strictly for the purpose of message delivery, and who are contractually bound to protect your data and prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
A.6 Message and Data Rates Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages you receive will vary based on your account activity and communication preferences with Skymesh. For billing questions related to SMS message charges, contact your wireless carrier.
A.7 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Our SMS messaging program is compliant with the guidelines set forth by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) and all applicable carrier policies, including those related to A2P 10DLC registration.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Skymesh is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to wireless carrier network issues, device compatibility, or connectivity problems.
A.8 Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Skymesh. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. Skymesh does not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.
B. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected by you or via our websites. The information you provide will be kept confidential. We will only collect, store, and use your personal information for defined purposes to support and enhance our relationship with you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share your personal data outside Skymesh with companies bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and/or a Confidentiality Agreement, or with your consent, as required by law, or to protect Skymesh, its customers, or the public.
Agents or contractors of Skymesh who have access to your personally identifiable information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Skymesh.

Records of SMS opt-in consent are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with carrier and regulatory requirements.
H. Children's Privacy (Age 17 and Under)
Skymesh takes children's privacy seriously. Skymesh does not seek to collect personal information about children through websites that we control. If we become aware that a person submitting personal information is a child, we will delete the information as soon as we discover it.
